Literacy Changes Everything.

Forward Literacy works to ensure every Wisconsin child has access to effective, science-based reading instruction. Nearly 50% of first graders are below benchmarks, but over 95% can learn to read with the right instruction. We support school districts and help parents advocate for strong literacy practices.

Our Impact: In 2026, we’ve supported 20+ districts, reaching efforts that could potentially impact 5,000+ students.
