Wisconsin does not require schools to purchase materials from the programs listed on Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction’s Curriculum List. Schools that purchase materials from this list will be eligible for curriculum grants up to 50% of purchase cost (Wis. Stat. 118.015(1m)(c)).
Curricula widely known to include the 3-cueing model or MSV that were cited in the Excel In Ed “Why the Three-Cueing Systems Model Doesn’t Teach Children to Read” fact sheet were flagged as known to include 3-cueing.
